Terms of Use

Decksy is an open-source flashcard app. By creating an account you agree to use Decksy for personal study and to not abuse the service (e.g. spamming, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the service to distribute harmful content).

Your data (decks, cards, study history) belongs to you. You can export it at any time from your settings, and you can request account deletion via the contact link in the footer.

Decksy is provided as-is with no warranty. We'll do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uptime or prevent every possible issue.

These terms will be expanded as the project grows. If you have questions about how Decksy handles your data in the meantime, reach out via the github repo linked on the home page.
